Who am I?
My name is Julien Paillusseau, French Born and graduate of the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland (Top 3 Hospitality School in the world). Through my career working in luxury hotels and my french upbringing I found a passion for wine. As I visited restaurants around Oahu I found there was something missing and it is with this thought that Somm À la Carte was born.
